Reserve your 2022 Carmichael Lecture ticket!

It’s an honour to be chosen to deliver the 2022 Carmichael Art History Lecture, the annual fundraising event for the Orillia Museum of Art and History. I’ll be speaking on my book, Jackson’s Wars. The book will be published in May, and while the lecture isn’t until November, tickets are going on sale now. OMAH pivoted to an online format due to covid for the recent editions, and they tell me they have had such success with it that they are planning to do the same for my presentation. So long as covid is firmly behind us by then, they can consider doing a live presentation in the building as well. My fingers are mightily crossed that covid in fact will be well behind us by then and that we will gather in person.
